Dr. Bassora is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery, fellowship trained in shoulder replacement surgery, and joined Crystal Run Healthcare in 2009. He is part of The Joint Replacement Center at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, New York.
Dr. Bassora received his medical degree from Rutgers Medical University, NJ. He completed his internship and orthopedic residency at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Dr. Bassora also received dual degrees in Shoulder Replacement surgery and Sports Medicine surgery at the University of Southern California, under James Tibone, who served as president of the Shoulder and Elbow society. During his training Dr. Bassora served as assistant team physician for the USC Trojans.
Dr. Bassora is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has participated in numerous research, orthopedic conferences and meetings throughout his career.
